We can manage all aspects of a project from build to refrigeration installation, or partner with other businesses to manage the design and build phases before handing over for refrigeration.

Additional building works
Our large-scale cold storage and temperature-controlled rooms are installed by registered builders and mechanics, placing quality and safety at the heart of everything we do. When adding a large cold-storage facility to an existing building, additional work is often required to ensure the structure is secure, including:??
- Design and installation of steel structures to support the weight of the cool room
- Engineering work to ensure the roof of the building can withstand the weight of plant decks and other auxiliary equipment
- Installation of heated concrete slabs to reduce frost heave
- The inclusion of door protection, racking and fire oppression systems
